RESIDENTIAL SALES NEGOTIATOR

If you would be interested in developing your estate agency career with a long established independent company a position is currently available to join our experienced sales team at our successful Westcombe Park branch. We look for candidates who have a friendly personality with good communication skills and the ambition to become the best at what they do. You will need to demonstrate that you have initiative and self motivation and that you are also reliable, honest and trustworthy, the rest we can teach you.

Package will include basic salary, branch based commission, targeted bonus, 5 day week and car allowance

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR

If you are looking to develop your letting agency career with a long established independent company a position is currently available to join our experienced lettings team at our Blackheath branch.

The successful candidate must be able to organise and prioritise work effectively, have strong communication/time management skills and competent IT ability. Duties will include accompanying prospective tenants to view properties, carrying out quarterly property inspections, handling maintenance issues, and liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants. You will need to demonstrate that you have initiative and self motivation and that you are reliable, honest and trustworthy.

Package includes car allowance, 5 day week with Saturday rota.
